fantastic stay
spacious roommodern showercomfortable bed
i was really impressed with the room size it felt spacious. i appreciated the modern walk in shower it was clean and easy to use. the bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night after a long day it felt amazing.
the hallways could use a little touch up.

the breakfast offered a good variety i enjoyed the fresh coffee from the machine. there were both an indian restaurant and a traditional restaurant on site, offering diverse cuisine options. the chef personally came out to get feedback which i thought was great.

the location was convenient for my travel needs and getting around was easy. safe parking was available right outside the hotel with peace of mind. the hotel's proximity to major routes made it easy to find.

all members of staff were friendly and helpful i especially remember olivia's professional welcome. the customer service felt personalized and genuine from everyone i encountered. the team seemed really dedicated to making my stay as good as possible.

i found the staff cute. the rooms were finished to a reasonable standard. i appreciated the availability of parking spaces near the building. check-in was a simple process.
the window in my room was damaged and not noticed by anyone beforehand.

the rooms are clean and tidy and simple. parking was easy and ample to find a SPOT. staff are friendly and helpful at the 24hr reception desk. food was fantastic and a lovely stay overall.
the breakfast was not great, the sausage was not cooked well. the hotel looks bare now, shame all the ivy and flowers were taken off the front OF the hotel.

The location was acceptable. I could easily access nearby amenities.
My room's cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust and grime. the bathroom looked unhygienic. I found hairs in the shower. Scaffolding obscured any potential view.

I found ample parking space . The restaurant looked smart. My room was of decent size and kinda decorated. The bed offered good comfort and I slept very well. There was also strong water pressure in the bathroom, a bonus after a long day. It was easy to reach town on foot.

The hotel features an Indian restaurant, Saram Sizzler, noted for comfortable seating. The restaurant offers excellent service and the food is wonderful. I enjoyed both the chicken and lamb dishes, along with rice and naan.

The Standard Double Room had modern furnishings, which looked super clean. Everything needed was available in my room. I had a very comfortable bed and I could sleep very well.
